Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
